CHampionship club show 16 may 2027
The Association des Amis du Chien de Montagne des Pyrénées (AACMP) is pleased to announce its third Championship Club Show (KCM), which will be held on Saturday, 15 May 2027, during the Whitsun weekend.
The show will once again take place at the grounds of the dog training club De Behendige Huishond in Maastricht-Itteren, the Netherlands.
We are delighted that Richard Capel (France), breed specialist and breeder under the kennel name de Bigérionnes, has accepted our invitation to judge this event.

For our international exhibitors, it may also be useful to know that the International Pinkstershow will take place on Sunday 16 May, at the Papendal event grounds in Arnhem. This international dog show offers exhibitors the opportunity to compete not only for a Dutch CAC, but also for a Dutch CACIB.
Exhibitors who wish to spend a week’s holiday in our country even have the opportunity to make their dog a Dutch champion within a week. However, this requires that the dog is at least 27 months old when it obtains its fourth CAC. The Dutch Junior Championship and the Dutch Veteran Championship can also be achieved during this week.
For the rules and requirements regarding the Dutch championship titles, please visit our dedicated information page.
All three shows take place outdoors.
Friday 7 May 2027: National Dog Show “Outdoor Zeeland” in Wilhelminadorp
Saturday 15 May 2027: AACMP Championship Club Show (KCM) in Maastricht-Itteren
Sunday 16 May 2027: International Dog Show “Pinkstershow” in Arnhem
Entries for all three shows will be possible in due course via OnlineDogShows.
* Based on the group allocation of previous years. The exact day for 2027 is not yet known. Based on the show calendar of the Raad van Beheer, version 12-05-2026.

Contrary to the usual order of judgement during regular dog shows in the Netherlands, we will first judge all veterans and puppies, after which the normal order per gender will be followed, starting with the junior class males.
During the day program there will be a food truck on site and drinks can be purchased in the canteen.
Child and dog show
We also organize a Child and dog show.
A Child and dog show is for children who want to present a dog for fun. In an accessible way, possibly dressed up, children can get acquainted with the events in the ring. For safety reasons, we advise parents to remain on standby and possibly walk along with their child.
You can register for this activity during the morning of our KCM. Registration is free of charge. The dog does not have to be registered in the catalog. It does not have to be a Pyrenean mountain dog either.
The judge for the Child and dog show will be announced in due course.
All children will receive a nice prize.
Evening program
After the judgements we will start the evening program in which fun activities are planned, including a barbecue.

Accommodation and veterinarians
As a service to our exhibitors, we’ve compiled a list of links to various types of accommodations. We’ve also included information about local veterinarians for dogs that need deworming before they go home.
This list is the result of Googling by the AACMP. The list is only intended as a service to the exhibitors of our KCM.
The list is not complete.
The list is in English because in practice it has been found that this is the most common language spoken by our exhibitors who stay overnight in the area.
We have no agreements with accommodation providers.
We have no information about the quality of the accommodation.
The list is merely a summary of what we were able to find. We do not offer any advice.
The information comes from various websites and is subject to errors and changes.
No rights can be derived from it.
